I am a degree-qualified Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Acupuncturist based in Adelaide.

    Acupuncture

    Acupuncture is a key practice in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the gentle insertion of fine, sterile needles into specific points on the body. These points correspond to meridians ~ pathways through which Qi (vital energy) flows. By stimulating these points, acupuncture helps to restore the natural flow of energy, release blockages, and bring the body back into balance.

    Gua Sha

    Gua Sha is a scraping technique that releases tension, improves circulation, and helps the body heal naturally. It’s great for stiff muscles, and stress, and boosting overall wellness. A smooth tool is gently scraped over the skin to reduce tightness, promote blood flow, and support detoxification.

    Cupping is a therapy that uses suction to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and help the body heal naturally. It can be great for sore muscles, stress, and even colds. The suction brings fresh blood to the area, helping to release tightness and flush out toxins.

    Moxibustion

    Moxibustion (Moxa) is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy that involves burning dried mugwort near the skin to gently warm specific points on the body. It helps improve circulation, boost energy, relieve pain, aid digestion, and support immunity. Moxa is especially useful for cold conditions bringing warmth to the body
