New Patients Are Welcome.
For most conditions, Annabelle generally recommends booking an initial appointment followed by two subsequent appointments, spaced approximately one week apart.
Before Your Appointment
If you are a new patient, please ensure you have completed your initial intake form online before arriving
Please ensure you are well-hydrated and have had something to eat before your appointment
It is recommended to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to stay fully dressed and comfortable
Please avoid alcohol and recreational drugs 24 hours before your appointment

Parking
Easily accessible parking can be found on Kensington Road or Close Street a few doors down.
Please come through the front entrance on Kensington Road.
The waiting room is down the hall to the right.

Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients.
Cancellation Policy
To help ensure appointments remain available for those who need them, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost.
Appointments cancelled with less than 6 hours' notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), will incur the full appointment fee.

Payment Policies
Payment for all services is required on the day of your consultation. EFTPOS facilities are available at the clinic.
Cash is accepted; however, please note that exact change is required as we do not keep cash on the premises.
