Scheduling Policies
Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to accommodate other clients.
Enter with the code provided via text message and wait in the reception area.
I will come get you when I am ready.
Parking
There is free 1 and 2-hour street parking available on Wright Street and surrounding streets; please allow extra time to find a park.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting.
Late cancellations may incur a fee of 50% of the appointment cost, and no-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.
All cancellations and rescheduling requests are kindly asked to be made via email at annabelle.acupuncture@gmail.com.

Payment Policies
Payment for all services is required on the day of your consultation. EFTPOS facilities are available at the clinic.
Cash is accepted; however, please note that exact change is required as we do not keep cash on the premises.
For private health rebates, HICAPS is available at Healing Arts Studio.
